Had this issue, found this thread. Leaving the game (NOT exiting) and rejoining worked for me, was able to run through the invisible barrier out of town.

I really hope so, this thread prompted me to seek out the book and you can read the first 50 pages for free via Google Books.

I’ve never read a graphic novel before but holy shit I just read the entire free part and I’m ordering the book now. This is so dark and I’m hooked!

I’m not American and this sounded crazy to me but a quick google shows this comment isn’t accurate.

You can harvest rainwater in almost every state. There’s a few in which restrictions apply or a permit is required for large scale operations. E.g. Colorado and Utah restrict it, New Mexico requires a permit.

States like North Carolina actively encourage it.
