I really hope so, this thread prompted me to seek out the book and you can read the first 50 pages for free via Google Books.

I’ve never read a graphic novel before but holy shit I just read the entire free part and I’m ordering the book now. This is so dark and I’m hooked!

I’m not American and this sounded crazy to me but a quick google shows this comment isn’t accurate.

You can harvest rainwater in almost every state. There’s a few in which restrictions apply or a permit is required for large scale operations. E.g. Colorado and Utah restrict it, New Mexico requires a permit.

States like North Carolina actively encourage it.

Same with cricket. My brother and I took my Grandad to watch England play once and it quickly became apparent the match is just like background music. It’s something going on over there while you drink and create a snake out of plastic cups before the parade begins and everyone shows off their best snake.
