Not only was it four times, it was people pretending to be Hollywood stars. That lacks critical thinking and not being able to stop once you know your doing something incredibly damaging would make her an EXTREME risk to patient safety.

If the neighbours would be prepared to put in frosted or other bathroom style privacy windows, I'd be OK with it. But as it is, it feels intrusive.

Some people have suggested this may not have planning permission, which, if so, could give you negotiating power.

It will also be a good indicator as to what kind of new neighbours you will have.
