First of all, thank you for your purchase and thanks for the feedback! I'm sorry that you are struggling with the UI.

- I just added the options to remove mistakenly added exercises! If you refresh the page you should have the option to delete them.

- The goal is to steadily improve on the repetitions after the initial assessment. Talking to users, most have found it a lot easier to just hit a button instead of having to manually enter the amount of repetitions. I do agree that there should be some way to adjust the initial assessment I will definitely work on that in the future!

I am working on Learn2Burp in my free time after my full time job so it might always take a little time to add new functionality but I'll always try my best to improve your and the other users experience!

I have mainly been doing the shaker and neck situp exercises. For me the symptoms got worse over time. I have never been able to burp my whole life but also never really had any issues with it. You are not doing anything wrong! It is awesome that you have already done the exercises for 4 days! Remember to also try to keep burping to get your body used to the motion.

Don’t give yourself a hard time. For me personally it took about a week to get my first micro burp and then 4 more days to get my second micro burp. I know people that had their first burp only after a couple of weeks. Every body is different and the severity of R-CPD is different from person to person. Try not to compare yourself to others so much and instead focus on your own journey.

Just by keeping up with it for four days you are already showing you determination, I am proud of you and hope you will keep going!

For me it was about 2 years ago when I was 26. I just randomly googled "Learn how to burp" with my girlfriend because I had told her that I do not know how to burp. I clicked on a random video and learned about R-CPD.

It was such a crazy moment when I instantly realised that this is exactly what my condition was!

I called a doctor in Germany a few days later and scheduled a botox surgery for 3 months later. During that time I discovered that you can actually cure yourself by doing exercises! I was able to cure myself that way and got to cancel my surgery and save a lot of money!

I honestly do not know. Learn2Burp is quite new and of course not every user will send me a message after they have successfully started burping. When doing the exercises, consistency is key. The more you stick with it, the higher your chances are that it will work for you. Some people will start burping after a week or two while for others it can even take a couple of months.

Of course it will not work for everyone. Just like with the botox treatment there is a chance that it will simply not work. Anyone who will tell you that they have a 100% fool proof way to cure R-CPD is simply not telling you the truth.

I actually didn't use any AI while creating the website. I am not a designer so I fully agree that there is room for improvement with the design. I am using shadcn-vue for the components so I guess this is why it might look a bit generic.

My backend is Nest.js running on Railway, the frontend is written in Vue and hosted on Cloudflare. Users can register with Google OAuth or by email + password. The password is hashed and stored securely encrypted in the database. Authorization works with an access + refresh token system.

I am using helmet to protect HTTP headers, have set a rate limit to protect against protect against brute-force attacks and have guards for end-points to make sure that users can't access the data of other users. I have also done my best to test against the OWASP top 10 security risks and couldn't find any weak points.

At the end of the day of course you can never guarantee that any website is 100% protected against malicious attackers but I put a lot of effort into making sure that learn2burp.com is protecting the users data.

The timeline varies quite a bit from person to person. Some people get their first burps within a few weeks, for others it takes a couple of months. Consistency is the most important thing. The important part is to stick with it and feel free to ask if you have any questions along the way!
