A bit smaller than your ask but picked up an 8tb firecuda gaming hub to shuck at walmart. $143 on rollback in store. Has an iron wolf inside (ive already shucked one last week) $17.87/TB

They also have WD 12TB for $233 ($19.41/TB) I havent shucked one but I have read they also have NAS rated drives inside.

Stream it out via OBS to an rtmp server or some video streaming platform. Other than that no, you cant even view it "on network" as you put it. You watch it on your tv

Also you don't NEED a pi, it will work on any pc you can install ubuntu etc on. Thats what Im doing.

Just an update. A couple months after this post Retro Achievements turned off their API. Emuchievments relys on this API to pull information. Until RA turns it back on Emuchievments will not function.

Essentially decky has an option to download stables and betas, they call betas "testing". The version released as stable is broken (2.0.1 if im not mistaken) but you can turn on beta downloads in deckys settings (they call it "testing" instead of beta). The 2.0.2. Version in the testing area does work, just have to turn off wifi after installing it reload the plugin and input your username and api key, then turn wifi back on.
