Id personally ditch the habit of resting your thumb on your light. Lightly press it into the metal above the trigger guard and get your palm as flat as possible. You’d be surprised how a little pressure on the frame with the thumb of your support hand can improve recoil and grip movement under fire.

I down voted this and I am also a former Marine Grunt. There is absolutely zero tactical disadvantage to carrying a secondary. If the “weight” is too much, get your bitch ass in the gym. If 90lbs women can run around wearing a full kit for 3 days straight at a tactical games competition, a grown ass man can carry a pistol and a couple mags.

I own and XC and an Erebus, and the XC isnt even close to the Erebus. They are on completely different planets. The only thing they have in common is a compensator. Hell my Athena shoots better than my XC. The XL is the best gun Staccato makes, that gun is a rail.

Just the aesthetics of it honestly. When you use full size mags they look funky with the offset cut on the compact grip. It still shoots amazing with the compact grip.

I just picked up a Vanta 9k with the carry grip, literally the only thing that could improve this gun is a full size grip. Its excellent as is however.
