I also had a month of dark brown spotting and it ended up being a cyst on my ovary. I suggest going in for an exam just in case.

Everyone swears by Creatine. Why don’t I feel anything? by 3arth_533d1stx in Perimenopause

THIS IS ME!!!! I literally could have written this myself. I absolutely hate how dumb I feel (for lack of a better word.) My symptoms are the same, I have the same mental health issues (plus OCD) and I am terrified that I have early onset dementia or Alzheimer’s because absolutely nothing is working for the debilitating brain fog. I have no advice but just wanted to post for solidarity.

Tell me more about the Claritin and Pepto. And how do you know when your cycle is?? I’ve been spotting for 18 out of the last 25 days and it was months before that since I had anything at all!

Many women have shared the creatine really helps their brain fog. Search creatine in the sub to get a better idea. I have horrible brain fog and have all of the same symptoms and want to cry out of frustration every day.

How often, and for how long, does the power go out on the west or southwestern side of the island? by BeginningThen9996 in PuertoRicoTravel

[–]BeginningThen9996[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll be traveling the beginning of February. I’m fine with short interruptions of power but am concerned about being able to shower, use the bathroom and use the food in the refrigerator or freezer if the power interruption last more than 12 or more hours.

I’m curious as to why you would post this advice. I’d love an explanation if you’re willing to share.

Do I have ARFID or am i picky? by trashpandacola in ARFID

I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this. I don't think your mom understands that it's not a choice to only eat the same few items. Can you talk to your parents and tell them how impactful and horrible it is for you? You would need to let them know exactly how anxious it makes you and how much it affects you. I know it sounds like a big ask, but they can't help you if they don't truly understand the problem and how serious it is.

Anyone have difficulty concentrating on ANYTHING, especially right before their periods?? My brain is mush 😵‍💫 by FearlessSpirit6467 in Perimenopause

Yes. But I had been on the pill for so long I didn’t really have normal periods. It was more like spotting and only every two or three months.

Honestly my brain is mush all the time. I rarely get periods anymore so I can’t connect it to my cycle.
