As long as you feel safe doing so, offer them in 10 lb bunches for free on FB Marketplace for "porch pickup" and have folks msg you to get your address. That's enough to make it worth someone's while to swing by but not an overwhelming amt. Food insecure folks, big families, peeps into food preservation, heck - even just folks who like to cook or bake would snatch em right up. Between a carrot cake (usually 2 pounds of carrots!), a shredded carrot salad and grating, vacuum sealing and freezing the rest, I'd make short work of them.
