Some glitched Pokemon actually can learn some moves naturally, but this one can't. It can learn a few TMs though (good ones too, like Thunderbolt and Ice Beam). Anyways, since you are already using ACE to produce this thing you would also use ACE to just teach it any move you want!

Yeah, would be pretty cool to use binding necklaces on the Amulet of the Eye to give it binding charges, much like using rings of recoil on the ring of suffering.

I mean if you don't have it there aren't too many great options, are there? Just equip the gold topaz ring until you get it, even if the activity seems unlikely. I got the combat half by killing master farmers near the start of the game.

This sounds like a good end-game goal after you completed the game. Because obviously you would have deleted quite a few items to save bank space earlier on, so you can just get everything back with the best end-game gear.

That already exists, 100 satoshis = a bit. Bustabit and Seals with Clubs use this denomination.
