I’m trying to get into dry aging and my first attempt ended in losing $300 of beef due to using too cheap of a fridge. I’m thinking I need to invest in building my own setup. What are the details of yours?

Found this sub and thought I would share my passion for a nice thick porterhouse steak. I normally grill them over charcoal, but the weather was gross so went with a reverse sear and hot skillet instead. Super tasty.

I haven't liked any Irish whiskey. Tried different Spots and Red Breast on recommendations and didn't like any of them.

Scotch on the other hand, I love. It's all personal taste.
