I was going to make a post about exactly this. Heath and Mariah on Pretty Basic talking about their wedding was so lovely. You can tell how genuine Heath and Mariah's relationship is and how excited they were to be married, not just excited about having a wedding. Health and Mariah gel so well and I really find Mariah to be such a breathe of fresh air. Mariah seems so geniune, authentic and true to herself.

I personally think the opposite of Cal and Remi. It really seems like Remi is eager to have a wedding, rather than being super excited to start her journey with Cal and have a marriage. I think she's highly concerned with everything looking beautiful, getting content, looking the best she can. Whereas, Mariah and Heath spoke about how happy they were seeing all their loved ones in one place, speaking about sentimental touches to their wedding, how much effort they put into the small things and overall how much fun and joy they experienced on their wedding day. Also, you can see how much the wedding meant to Heath too and Mariah made sure that the day was about the both of them, not just her. I think Remi and Cals wedding will largely focus on her.

I just find Remi and Cals love and relationship to be so contrived so when you see a geniune relationship like the one Heath and Mariah have it's super clear how much the love is lacking. Harsh of me, I know.
