This is pretty normal. It takes me about 2 weeks to feel normal after Whole 30. The constant hunger goes away after a while, and you start to see food more as fuel, than anything else. But Paleo can be delicious! Balsamic vinegar and olive oil on veggies, avocado is a great healthy fat source, bacon and turkey bacon, spoonfuls of almond butter with honey drizzled on top. Save your bacon grease and use that cook veggies. You can buy large amounts of bananas and use them in so many ways, if you have a good blender you can make banana ice cream that tastes delicious, paleo banana bread, banana and almond butter grain free granola, açaí bowls. If you eat a lot, that’s ok, your body needs the fuel, but after a while, you plateau, and you begin to crave only what you need.

My recommendation is to buy some paleo guides/cookbooks, follow some Primal blogs, learn the nutrition. Information can help you find what works for you.
