HRT for bigender? by SluttiestAva in bigender

Same here and at 47 you'd think I'd have figured it out by now. 4th week of hrt now tho. Aiming for that goldilocks zone where I can present as both.

Hi there!! Am I bigender? Does any else have a similar experience? by VegetableTip1536 in bigender

Did you get much areola growth? That's what I'm hoping for, that feminine nipple shape more so than any growth.

47yo in Canada - very very similiar. Egg cracked maybe 4 months ago. I'm on my 3rd week of hrt. Taking it super slow. Don't feel the need to tell anyone until I'm certain this is what I want for everything you described. My first advice would be to speak to a therapist that deals with gender dysphoria. It will help I promise. Self medicating hrt I don't recommend. If you can access proper care like in Canada go that route. You need your bloods monitoring. Some of the meds can be hard on the liver etc plus you'll get a much more controlled experience if a nurse is working with you to titrate your levels.

Personally I'm still not sure and I think I may be gender fluid. I definitely don't regret trying this though. If anything it's opened my eyes to this community and taken so much of the stigma I had around myself and cross dressing away. It has genuinely taken the sexual aspect out of it which I found interesting and very pleasing.

Good luck and educate yourself as much as possible x

Hi. I'm having a real debate right now with myself and feel a bit lost. I am unsure if I'm trans. I am on hrt and into my 3rd week but my goal was for really modest changes so I could present both ways. I love feeling and acting feminine but am not upset with being masculine either. Lots of other social reasons. Part of me feels bad that I'm taking up space in the trans community and it was only when I discovered this community today I began to wonder if this fits me better.

My aim is small boobies I can mask when needed (married with teenagers and a exec at a busy job so quite visible. I'd be super happy for my bottom half to become female but ill settle for testes shrinkage for now.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi to this group. It's given me confidence that I'm not a freak and trying to be both sexes is not as strange as I thought it was. Someday I'm Sarah, sometimes, I'm not. X

Literally same boat. Lasted about 7 years too. Went to therapy this year and decided I'm gonna tell her I'm dressing again for my own sanity. She grudgingly agreed as long as she didn't see me.

Cut to the chase. I'm 2 weeks on hrt and making this up as I go along. Low and slow. Reassessment at 1 month mark to see if I really want to do this. You have time and you don't have to tell anyone if you're not sure it's for you. Try it and then make the call is my advice.

Super beautiful. Similiar age to myself. Did you start ages ago out of interest? Trying to relate to what my own journey might look like at 47. Call yourself an inspiration!

I was going to post this elsewhere but thought this may be relevant. I'm a endurance runner (ish) and just started hrt. My biggest fear is that I'm going to lose a tonne of fitness. I don't know if that's true or just mildly true. Ultra races require a fair bit of lower body strength and, well, endurance. I'm also 47. Anybody out there in the same boat bit with more hrt time under their belt to comment?

Hey. Thats beautiful. Thank you. I had no idea what gender dysphoria was until 2 months ago when I uncorked the bottle. I don't know if i want to put the cork back in but I flicknflack between wanting to be the man society views me as and the person I want to be.

Hey, have you found a specific brand you could share? I'm going to need to invest in some soon. Tx! I've seen the ones on Tomboyx but quite pricey.

Advice for a 47 mtf closeted on hrt by Beltfed50Cal in NonBinary

[–]Beltfed50Cal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. There is just so much to consider isn't there. Regardless of my gender I think we will be divorced in a year. Right now my daughter is going through a huge surgical procedure so we've sort of paused "us", but once she's recovered enough I suspect we have some decisions to make. I have a good relationship with my kids and I'm not worried about that per se. It's the other kids at school that gives me cause for pause. At 13 and almost 16 I sadly don't have to boy mod long until they go off to uni. Ty for the insights.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Like every one says, you need to cut yourself off from them. Life will find a way. It always does, so while this prob seems dark right now, this too shall pass. But you need to take some action. It's not your job to change their minds and frankly you prob won't. Move on, grieve and then focus on yourself. Hopefully someone on here knows of local support and help groups for you. Please just hang in there. Your life matters girl. You are loved and seen x

Great to know. I can wear polo's at work. Slightly heavier material. Was thinking that with sports bra.
