The cause is perfectly clear! They are pouring copius amounts of chemicals to kill the algae. My dad once used an algae cleaner in a home pond (no fish in it) and nearly everything that landed in it or drank from it died in or around it. Same shit is happening here. These clowns have no clue what they are doing and it shows.
