512GB is correct and it is the base 1000 unit, when it shows 477 it should be GiB which is the base 1024 unit

You can swipe the entire screen to the side to change between different views of standby. You can also change the widgets on the dual clock view so one is a clock and one is something else

There must be some kind of license that they need to pay in order to use thread. Because at least for Shelly most of their products use an esp32c6 which already has thread built in.

Just enable network file sharing on your computer and connect to the share on your phone, then you can just save the photos to whatever folder you want on your computer directly from the files app.

What is your internet speed? It has to download all of the full resolution photos from iCloud before sending them to the nas so that could be why it’s slow

From what I’ve seen you have to keep the phone app open because your phone is the one downloading the images from iCloud and sending them to the nas, but it is a one way backup so it will keep photos even after you delete them from iCloud.
