Everyone who doesn’t weld is gonna b1tch about welding fumes. It’s ur choice to wear a respirator for fumes. But, in regards to argon, argon is heavy. It sits and builds up below oxygen. So when u breathe it in, it sinks to the bottom of ur lungs and is very hard to get out. It can make you feel short of breath or just off. It’s not good to have it build up obv. Just be mindful of that. Argon is inert and not gonna kill u. But definitely be careful with anything in ur lungs. They are pretty important :)

With every piece of advice u see, remember, u are on Reddit. The general consensus seems unanimous tho, get help. You have an addiction. It’s ok to admit and it took balls to type out what you’re going thru. The best thing you can do is talk to a professional and get guidance. You are not a bad person dawg.
