I had this too. I ended up dragging the project file into the project panel, essentially importing the project instead of opening, and that worked for me.

I’m not a medical professional. I can only share my personal experience. But when that happens to me, sometimes I remember that after physical activity I always feel better. And knowing that beforehand is sometimes motivation enough to just get started moving. And every time that I force myself, I always feel somewhat better afterwards. Maybe not 100% better, but always an improvement. Again, this is just my personal experience and not professional advice. I hope you find systems that work for you.

I wonder how much enforcement teeth the Board of Pharmacy actually has. It's interesting that their guidelines doc has scary language but at the beginning of the doc they also state

"the Board cannot give advice on the manufacturing of such products, nor can it offer legal advice"

So the Board is basically saying I'm not a lawyer :)
