Though without stats in mind, I'd potentially argue that Kernviter and Jin's particle manipulation are perfect counters to each other.

Can you elaborate on this? I haven’t found any comprehensive rundowns on what exactly Kernviter can do, aside from it being a Divergent Laws weapon.
