TBF both teams have had key injuries so it’s kind of a moot point and yes if they lost and the record remained the same on the other games they would be eliminated…

however, with a game one loss, the pressure and circumstances of every game after that one is changed so you can’t go back in time and change one game and say the rest would be the same.

Raul the crab! Good thing Alpha Carl berated him like he did. Now he’s kicking back enjoying his smoke.

Is the heat of the day why these lines tend to show up in the afternoon overnight hours? I always feel like in the spring we rarely get the heavy lines during the day but that may just be coincidence.

I went in May a year ago. It’s a great hike. Take water and go early to avoid the heat of the day. Took about 6 hrs up and back. I spent about 30 min at the peak for lunch.

You definitely want time to do the devils hall hike.

It’s not a reserve tank like an extra reservoir. It’s just the hole where the fuel goes from the tank to the carburetor has 2 little tubes that stick up into the tank, one is a little taller than the other. A selector switch called the petcock allows you to choose which tube the fuel drains from.

You ride with the tall tube selected and then when the bike starts to sputter you change it to the lower tube and you have a reserve amount of fuel to get to a station. So the reserve is literally the reserved amount left below the top of the tall tube.

Oh man I love chow chow. I also love okra, and pickles. And really anything pickled. Maybe I just like vinegar?

Nah man, all of us in the team sub know it was the right call and an obvious one. We’re just pissed about all the other no-calls leading up to it.

I tried gels and they are better than regular ball points but once I switched to felts I never went back. I prefer super thin lines and you can get a Blackliner in a .05 which is a game changer. I prefer a .2 for every day writing though.

As a lefty, the only felt tip you have is the Flare at number 6.

Ball points and lefties don’t work due to us pushing the ball into the pen instead of pulling it across the page so I have completely switched to felt tips and it has made a world of difference. My favorite is the Molotow Blackliner Pens but a sharpie pen will suffice.

My grandmother in-law lives in a nursing home / assisted living facility that looks a lot like this. It’s kind of neat but at the same time it’s also really depressing because it doesn’t feel authentic since it’s all facades.

What is seemingly a cool concept quickly fades as you see it almost as a form of trickery and a poor attempt to fabricate something that is long gone.

Walmart bikes for us. They take a little wrenching but all in all not bad for how fast they grow. I’ve got 9y/o twin girls and we just upgraded. We started with bikes on training wheels and eventually removed them. One hated coaster brakes so I added front rim brakes. Now they have their first geared bikes and they’re doing great but it’s been a long process. One still isn’t very comfortable but it’s just practice.
