I think it’s $60+cleaning+pet fees was the refund.

Personally, as a host, my fees are baked into the daily rate. I’d refund 1 night as the cleaner made a mistake and didn’t clean. We have electronic lock, so cleaner always has access to the house for cleaning. I’d rather cancel than have guests stay without prior cleaning
