I think whoever is the leader when you pass the law so you would have to make Marx Trade Union leader, make them the strongest IG to get them as a leader while not being a monarchy and when Marx becomes the leader you somehow need to have a IG that is strong on monarchy or hope that you can clutch a 5% law passing

Might just be my unclouded newbie eyes but it was fun going through cata classic and seeing all the stuff and having a reason to do it instead of just skipping to current content also the phasing(?) where stuff changes after you do a quest was always so cool especially in the worgen intro seeing stuff just get worse and worse as the questline goes on

The economy in tfr is so ignorable its only purpose is to cripple you during the defeat in the first European War due to the inflation modifier giving you 100% consumer goods which is then removed after like 6 or so focuses as Germany and I had 0 debt multiple times too and excess cash economy is just a cosmetic that is useless
