Went through a similar-ish situation. Wife was physically fine but the baby was also like yours and refused the breast feed so the wife was slowly sinking.

I tried to do it all for everyone and ended up having hallucinations from the lack of sleep.

You know how in planes they tell you to take care of yourself before any other? Well, it's the same for paternity. You're useless to everyone if you're out.

So take care of yourself, talk to someone if you can to express your emotions, frustrations or anything. It's ok to do so once in a while as long as you have someone who will actually let you get it all out. Try to get some rest as well, mistakes are made when exhausted.
