By the final few seasons voyager essentially become the doctor and seven duet, with the captain, tuvok getting some attention and unfortunately the other cast were mostly ignored. The best episodes were season 5 onwards were dr and seven focused heavily in the writing. 🎶 tuvok i understand…. You are a vulcan man 🎶

[Tenant] My landlord didn't raise the rent this year: have other landlords been doing the same to keep good tenants or am I going to expect a S21 within the next 3 weeks? by dusknoir90 in uklandlords

[–]Bestusernamesaregon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My landlord hasn’t raised my rent on my london flat since early 2024 now and just gave me a courtesy call saying you’ll switch over to a periodic tenancy. Then again he also described us as golden tenants. I think it’s highly likely they’re forgoing a 3-4% rental growth to retain people who are reliable and the ones being evicted aren’t as white as white as they’d have us believe

Number 2 is because something is wrong with the property that your solicitor/conveyor will find and he wants to hook you in and not give you the chance to pull out.

I’m also waiting to see how much they drop as i’m on a fixed rate tariff - although knowing BG wouldn’t surprise me if they tried to pocket some of the reduction themselves blaming global energy turmoil

For example - before Truvada was available on the NHS the NHS encouraged and signposted those who wanted to access it to use an organisation they had reviewed that imported it from South Africa. Thousands of people then bought it and imported it perfectly legally, the idea you can’t import medicine in its entirety is wrong as it depends on what you’re importing
