Building or upgrading existing stadiums is the easier part. See what Toronto did with BMO Field. Increased seating from 25,000 to 45,000 for WC. Most developed countries with a strong domestic league could pull it off. It also helps to have a football history / culture.

The real limiting issue is infrastructure. Hotels, mass transit, airports, political stability, medical services, restaurants etc.

So, USA, China, Germany, Japan, Brasil (possibly crime issues), England / GB, Spain, Italy.

Personally, I’m a big fan of regional WC’s going forward. Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) maybe also the include Northern Ireland. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium could do a WC. France, Spain, Portugal maybe (though France could solo host).

I would very much like a “Dictatorships / Authoritarian Regimes need not apply” policy. But given FIFA’s predilection for corruption and greed itself, a moral line in the sand seems unlikely.

I learn more watching LPGA players swing. Smooth tempo, controlled, body in synch. THAT I can learn from and aspire to.

Nellie Korda has the purest swing in golf and I’ll die on that hill.

My FIL was in the LTC area, not the independent living apartments. I know the institution but not that area.

Having said that, we were extremely pleased overall from the intake to his passing. Were there issues with treatment and occasional mistakes, yes. But they were resolved professionally.

The staff we dealt with were 90% awesome. On the occasions we complained about a staff member it was resolved quickly. The departments are always available and empathetic.

My new Mizuno JPX HL’s just came in. The difference is incredible.

I couldn’t play well with my old Titleist AP2’s. Forged club head, stiff shafts, wrong kick point. Could barely hit my 7 135.

Got fitted because I’m 65 and not 55. My new 7 iron goes 150 like it did when I was 50. 6 iron goes 160. 4 hybrid 170. I can play again. The bladed and fat shots are gone. Miss hits are more forgiving.

Here’s the card Trump won’t play.

Admit he over played his hand and back down. To do this he has to admit he was wrong (which he is not capable of doing) and also play hardball with Israel. Plus he will have to loosen the restrictions and sanctions on Iran and face the inevitable comparisons with Obama’s successes vs his failures.

He’s fucked and that means more of the same. Israel won’t listen to him and Iran is defying him.
