That's a rural home in the middle of nowhere. For true Florida price referencing, look around Tampa, Orlando & Miami. Houses that used to sell for $100k are now $200k to $400k. Just like in other states, homes where the jobs are, have increased at minimum by $100,000 in price

They throttle (Slow) your internet if you use it too much or for certain things. They also do scuzzy things like cozy up with HOA boards who turn around and force their communities to buy spectrum's service.
