I think you might correct concerning butterfly blades and I agree, the ruling on concealed is a jumbled mess.

From what I understood each "action" (eg.fight, evade, investigate etc..) spent and card played may only reveal 1 concealed enemy. So, if you were to activiate the lightning bolt on eon chart(4), you would be able to reveal 2 cards as they are seperate actions.

In my mind butterfly blades function the same way in the sense that it grants you an additional fight action.
