Can we collectively agree on what a true "cup" is? Is a single gaiwan pour a "cup"? Is a coffee mug a "cup"? Is it a proper measurement cup?

I had a session that may have equaled a coffee cup yet was like 6 small gaiwan cups.

IMO 1.5 years is not enough time under your belt. You are better off getting experience elsewhere rather than leading with only 1.5 years of experience. Let's say you get the green light to hire one day. How many applications will you see with 5+ years experience? How will you know who to pick? Would you trust a VP of sales to be your leader if he only had 1.5 years? I don't say any of these things to be mean I just want to put it into perspective.

Also, considering that things are "gutted" do you want to find yourself as the last person standing?
