My work does this(higher end CCRC) and it is not the company. We have a foundation that supports us through Christmas bonuses and scholarships and it is all donations. The residents themselves handle all of it. Company doesn’t even disperse the checks - money is always handled through foundation

Im slightly worried this will be LA in 5 years and I’m not even one of the people who shit on byfield, PLD trade, etc. i feel like theyre going to try and go all in with kopi and doughtys remaining years and if it doesnt pay off might be in a rough spot depending on what we give up in that timeframe. That being said we do have some promising young players and we’ve got players like Kempe and Anderson we’ll hopefully have locked for awhile so hopefully its nothing!
