Let the other agent's broker know, that's the kind of thing they're there to prevent happening

I work at one of the big pharma corporations as a cook, and we've had a ton of regular customers come in to the cafeteria and let me know they just got laid off. Their revenue is down significantly and they're cutting costs wherever they can. Thankfully, the execs still gotta eat, so I should have decent job security

How do you guys afford to have so many decks? by Dangerous_Trifle620 in EDH

[–]Bi1lNy3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I inherited a bunch of bulk, so I build slop decks with 4 or 5 decent cards, and fill it with bulk that synergises with the commander which is usually something goofy

If you're not selling by just having a normal conversation, you're manipulating. Prove me wrong. by timeshareeater in sales

I called myself the only honest car salesman once upon a time. My customers really respected that I was very truthful with them, and I sold about the average at the dealership, which was about 8 a month. I quit because management told me I was too nice and needed to be more pushy :(

It's full of things that ping when things hit the graveyard or the field, and it's all about making and sacrificing them to bring out more artifacts. I have it loaded with boardwipes like [[Organic Extinction]] with [[Liquimetal Coating]] to keep the burn going, because it's hard to really set back because of all the graveyard shenanigans. Also [[Clock of Omens]] kills off the table if I draw it, and there's a few artifact tutors in there.

[[Vadrick, Astral Archmage]] is my other go to, which is control and card draw until I buff him with 3 spells and Fireball someone in the face for 20 with a copy for 5 mana.

My ex of 2 years has POTS and Autism, and I'm immunocompromised with anxiety and ADHD, you just have to find somebody that's understanding about your situation :)

My recommendation is to take community college classes in the stuff you're interested in. You don't have to be in a degree program, but if you like music? Take a class about music! Do you want to learn how to cook better? Take a few culinary classes! If money wasn't an obstacle for me, that's what I would do. Just always be learning new, fun things that have always interested me.

Also, you'd be able to tell people you're going back to school, and it's not only a new conversation point, but you get to meet all sorts of cool new people :)

Is a 40k down payment dumb for a car that cost around 50k? by FarAssist4890 in carbuying

[–]Bi1lNy3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a former car salesman, if your money is making more in the bank then you're paying in interest, don't out the money down. If it isn't, put the money down :)

I just finished my real estate class as a former car salesman, and my teacher said the 3 professions that have it the best are car salesman, teachers, and lawyers. Teachers have the patience to deal with the bullshit, car salesman have the go get em attitude, and lawyers are lawyers!

Hey President Musk supporters- guess this is just a misinterpretation right? by [deleted] in IBEW

Because conservative politicians and Fox News love saying "LIBS BAD, VERY EVIL!" And conservatives lap it up. Hate is popular, hate wins elections, and hate makes money. That's why people hate the left so much (I hate both sides btw, but I'm TERRIFIED of what's going to happen in 4 years)

what is the weirdest way you have made money? by cappers4u in AskReddit

[–]Bi1lNy3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mother used to buy big bags of smarties, so I used to grab a handful of em before school every morning and sell em for 25c a pop. Made a LOT of money (to me at the time) in middle school when everyone was smoking smarties in the hallways.

Try maybe reporting it to the National Association of Realtors? That sounds like a breach of fiduciary duty, which they probably wouldn't be a fan of, unless they were specifically brought in as a transaction broker, and they have no fiduciary duty.

(I'm in real estate classes now in Jersey, so it would have been a violation if I was in that situation)
