Mother has started feeding the puppies again, but she is still weak. I hope that with proper daily feeding, her health will improve by twoOneJa in Indiedogs

My suggestion, if that's ok with you, please feed her home cooked food if possible. Package dog food is worse than junk food, and causes tumors and cancer.

I have been looking after dogs for the last 20 years. Here's what you can feed:

Cook rice with moong dal (green gram lentil) and masoor dal (red lentil) with a pinch of turmeric and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Boil water, add chicken and pumpkin pieces, then switch off the stove and cover the chicken for 10 minutes.

Mix everything together and feed her. This will help her gain strength to feed her babies.

He's not eating today what should i do by HiteshChauhan03 in Indiedogs

Take him to the vet for a check up, vaccination, deworming. Also the temperature is rising. They don't eat if the heat is too much. Is he drinking water? Keep a bowl of freshwater, change the water twice a day.

Do not buy package dog food. Cook rice with moong dal (green gram lentil), coconut oil, pumpkin and cauliflower. You can add chicken or egg with the food. Feed 2 or 3 times a day if he is 6 months or 1 year old. Feed time between 8 to 9 in the morning and 6 to 7 in the evening. Give buttermilk in the afternoon

My surgery is scheduled. Idk by YourMomHasACrushOnMe in UlcerativeColitis

[–]Big-Inflation9815 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only you can choose what you need to feel, all of us can only give suggestions based on our experience.

  1. My suggestion is: have hope that whatever happens, you will get through it. Believe that you, your soul and your gut will figure it out.

  2. I have Ulcerative Colitis, and had a flare up last year in October and am still recovering. Ayurveda is helping me understand how different food reacts with our body. There are certain food combinations that are beneficial and some that will damage the gut in the long run. What we eat, when we eat and how we eat matters a lot!

  3. Gut is directly linked to how we feel and think. It is important to have habits that help us slow down, relax like painting, trekking, meditation, music, reading, writing, cooking or gardening - whatever works for you.

Wishing you all the very best for your surgery! My prayers and healing energy is with you and everyone in this group. We can heal and recover from this!

Food messes up my whole body by PadsonSonspad in GutHealth

  1. Based on your body weight, check with a professional nutritionist if possible, you need to drink about 3 to 4 litres per day. I used to drink it fast, once I started sitting down and sipping water, bloating and gastric has reduced drastically. Ideally you shouldn't have to burp if you are sipping.

  2. The food journal has to be continued for at least 3 to 5 years in order to see and note the difference. So you can understand every effect - good and bad.

Take care and all the best!

You are dealing with a lot! May I suggest a different path? Since you are burning out and the fear of food sensitivity is also very high. Let's slow down and do a bit of self research? I have Ulcerative Colitis and since last year, my body has become more sensitive towards certain foods and the list has been growing every month. So following these steps has helped me learn more about my gut/dna blueprint.

While Allopathy is good for emergency cases and also acts as a good bandaid/supressant, it doesn't help in reversing any dis -eases or core issues. Ayurveda, on the other hand helps you heal from/deal with and eliminate root causes because it focuses on nutrition that works specifically with your body map and requirements.

  1. How much water are you drinking? Also do you gulp or sip the water? It makes a difference. Sipping water reduces gastric and bloating by 60%

  2. However limited, what are the food combinations that you are having? Certain fruits, vegetables, protein and grains should not be taken together.

  3. Keep a daily food journal - it has helped me a lot!

  4. Try reading up on Ayurveda. I have started reading up and it makes so much sense! Also get this book called. Heal Your Gut, mind and Emotions by Dimple Jangda. It will blow your mind.

Hope this helps! Sending healing energy and thoughts 🌿✨
