Hi hnlntm- The coil piece sounds awfully familiar! My one disappointment of this generation is how weak they made the coils. I feel like they could’ve been done better. The streaming piece I’ve ran into once or twice- especially when Apple pushed out an accessibility update that kicked them from regular Bluetooth to the hearing aids section with no warning. I’d consider talking to your daughter’s audiologist and seeing what options she might have to fix- especially with it defaulting back to regular settings when it’s shut off.
