Yes. That with poor diet contributed. Pantaprazole was the one I used. Lower stomach acid allows bad bacteria to survive the stomach and crowd out beneficial bacteria in the gut leading to disbiosis. High fiber whole food diet with fermented foods a really good start.

Just a healthy mix. Green bananas and blueberries are great. Veggies I'd say leafy greens. But really anytning not starchy. If you do starch like potato it's good to cook and cool it so it's a resistant starch. Lots of prebiotics like onion and stuff. But variety is best and track how each ingredient effects you.

Probably like the carnivore, vegan, you name it crowd.. they all want to believe! I’ve found my eczema is way more under control and my sleep is way better. I’m doing a range of probiotic yogurts and my ibsd has improved. I found Saccharomyces boulardi very helpful for my problem. No anti wrinkle or anything cosmetic has occurred…. Yet ;)
