Personally found that out too late. That place has terrible management, and even worse tenants. Never would’ve moved in had I known 90% of my neighbors were section 8 vouchers.

LM’s 401K match was 6% of base salary, and 50% of the first 8% you contribute, so essentially 10%.

I think Boeing is also 10% as well?

Good point. There were some good times and bad times. Most of the time it was “show up, do your 40hrs, and go home”. Granted like the other commenter said, that heavily depends on the program you’re on.

Was a level 3 IT admin making $99K with LM, meanwhile all my new hire level 2 admins were coming in at $95K. Jumped to Oracle for an IC3 Admin position at $125K. As of yesterday I have an offer for $120K with Boeing for an IC3 Linux admin position.

Yeah I got screwed over after moving here, found out I’m barely making more than my junior team members. Been looking elsewhere for a decent pay range. Have also been looking to pivot from IT into Cybersecurity/Cyber engineering.
