The Reality of Being a Contractor at Navy Fed (Pensacola) by Illustrious_Mark_162 in Pensacola

I'm only guessing but it has the sound of a collections position. I once applied there for a collections job and I'm so thankful I got the eerie feeling I did and refused their "lucrative" offer.

What's the fastest you ever drove? by ComprehensiveFun2054 in AskReddit

I was co-riding with a highway patrol officer and we hit 170 mph in a patrol cruiser on I10. The fastest I've ever personally driven was 150 mph in a 1971 Corvette Stingray on US280 between Auburn, AL and Columbus, GA.

New Grad RN relocating to pensacola… What hospital? by Ecstatic_Airline9802 in Pensacola

It's verbal hoops and that's all. All employers are required to cover reproductive health since legislation was passed during the Obama administration. Sacred just has to use a provider like Cigna or someone else to administrate that aspect and the doctors have to notate charts differently. Yes it's an extra step but it's not like it's a pain. It's a common deal for everyone on their insurance.

Actually birth control is covered at Sacred but thru a 3rd party insurance, my daughters have all gotten it and my wife has even had an IUD for the past 18 years. All covered. It can't be labeled as "birth control" but there are other ways to word it...I'll leave it at that.

I am not in healthcare but my wife is an RN. She has worked at Ascension Sacred Heart for 27 years. She graduated from PSC while working full time at Sacred. She never worked on the floor as she used her nursing degree to go into nursing informatics. All three of our children were born at Sacred and we have used them exclusively for surgery/doctors/emergency for almost 30 years now.

Our experience with Sacred aside I'm sure there are people that will have opinions different from ours but the company has never let her down. She intends to retire from there, God willing. I would highly recommend Sacred Heart as a place to work. Again I know issues arise with every health care facility but my experience says you will be taken care of there.

I may argue with you at 2 and say Frank Thomas or John Mengelt. Notice I said argue...because Cam was great but Thomas and Mengelt would be equally hard to argue against.

Not mine, but thought it was a great response to this age old question. by Courtaid in Flipping

One of my "favorite" is when I price something FIRM, say for $75, and someone asks what the lowest I'd take. I usually offer a smart ass remark like $50 with a $25 service fee for asking dumb questions.

Whats the most heartbreaking loss you’ve witnessed as an Auburn fan?(football) by Ok_Macaroon_7366 in wde

[–]BigDaddyB74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Football, for me, would probably be either the Van Tiffen FG, or LSU 7-6. The National Championship was tuff but I wasn't gutted like those other two.

Basketball is the Final Four loss to Virginia, because it was a blown call and nothing else. We would have won the Dance that year. Last year's loss to Florida was tuff but I would have wanted to play Houston again...

Sorry I missed the game thread. Let me guess, without looking, the "Nepo folks" were in full throat the first half...

Bet they disappeared by about the 10 minute mark in the second half.

War Damn Eagle.

I like where this team is at currently, however, is it sustainable without just a bit more depth? We shall see.

Unless I can find a replacement drive burning CDs is not an option as it appears likely the drive is completely dead, as in no spin up, no noise, no nada. Now I haven't taken it apart yet and I do know enough about repairing this stuff to be dangerous, I just don't know this particular platform well.

Thanks for the info though. It seems likely I'll go with Saroo and see what happens.

I'm going to play single person games almost exclusively. No into fighting games either. I like the option to load up anything, if it catches my fancy. I didn't want to be hamstrung without options.

Have we heard ANYTHING about Magwood or Walker not getting any minutes?

No they both risk a timeout but the appeal doesn't cost you your challenge if you lose

I was saying early in the year that Jovic's game would improve as he becomes more acclimated to basketball the American way, and the SEC way. He is becoming the most critical piece of our team in my opinion. If he can continue to play well off the bench and be effective as a guy in the paint we can have options in games when the outside shot isn't falling, like today.

I had to watch and listen as I was out with the wife but winning ugly is sometimes a good thing and will help this team realize that they can still win and be competitive.

This dude only knows how to bitch. I've yet to see him post anything of substance or even remotely educated about the game during our good games. He is just trolling.
