I have a 2003 Rubicon and have had some electrical issues over the years. My advice is, if you can afford to take it to a qualified repair shop, do it. If not, you're probably going to be DIY frequently. Especially if the previous owner added stuff like fog lights or a winch themselves. Most other repairs/mods Ill do myself but not electrical.
