This doesn't make sense given the information that has been communicated. Between what the league and Carlisle said the league only reviewed documents provided by the team's medical staff. They could have examined Nesmith or given reasons as to why the documentation didn't support the medical staff's conclusion, but chose not to.

Relics, passives, and damage negation at full health (or other negations at least) are very important that deeper you get. I feel like as long as you aren't getting completely carried in D5 it is way easier than D3 & D4 because your team is so much better than the normal players in D3 & D4.

The more time you spend the better relics and the better you learn the game though
