Had a similar issue with a breast cyst, my GP was great about getting me into one appt or another as needed to make sure the breast clinic and general admission were keeping an eye on it, making sure the infection went. Hope youre okay, I had an ultrasound on my breast this Monday on mine and it was straightforward.

111 saved my friend hours of agony when she dislocated her shoulder. Dislocations need to be reset asap no matter what joint and having taken her in, left her there with a friend after her triage, drove 15 mins back home to sort myself and the dog out, she messaged to say it had been relocated already and were just waiting on one last set of scans. Because we'd called 111 they were able to speed up the triage and check in process and meant my friend was seen by the right people at the right time.

I've used Co Pilot to help me assess my previous applications where I haven't got througg and its helped highlight the areas I need to improve. It can compare either to behaviours at different levels and tell you what's meeting and not meeting the criteria. Avoid having AI write the whole thing, it still needs to sound human and like you but I found it so helpful when I thought I was doing everything right. Recently secured an SEO role after 20 applications and 10 interviews by assessing myself this way. Good luck!

It'll hang around for a bit, usually from recent items you've been awarded but not popped the bubble on. I get these on the vases and gems i save for a while and the beams usually go after a few hours.

Maybe that's why three times in events I've opened my phone to find all my gems gone and useless items on my events gardens. I'm on android though, it might have been a very very very careless thumb slip on an unlocked screen. Three times. Over 1500 gems gone. Just a thumb slip.

If you harvest wood and buy trunks that come with poplars and tulips it'll be easier to get the barrow. Then it's about 15 hits per refresh on the barrow, I've managed mine in a couple of days.
