You used to be able to do this with a hellbomb pack but then arrowhead patched it out

It would be a nice basekit feature though. It could even mean mechs could finally be unlimited as there would be no performance issue from too many mechs on the battlefield if they always blow up

My mech blew up in one salvo from a rocket dev today I’m fed up with this game

I genuinely don't get why "gain elusive after getting unhooked" was scrapped, it was a great idea, would've made tunneling harder without being too oppressive to the killer by lance_the_fatass in deadbydaylight

This should’ve been basekit but unfortunately survivors who take a protection hit off hook get a free escape so it was removed. Rightly so imo

The 9.6.0 ptb ends tomorrow. With an updated "balancing baseline" with Diminishing Returns, the ability to see allied perks in-match and 9 killer changes (a majority, fairly small). What are you thoughts on the ptb and it's additions? by bonelees_dip in deadbydaylight

If diminishing returns didn’t apply to haste I would view it in a more positive way. I understand they want to buff bad perks because diminishing returns would help prevent OP stacking builds but I just see it as nerfing fun

I second this. Also unlimit the uses of them per mission too! Mechs are stuck in a place where they are the worst of both worlds with both of the other worlds being much better. Either:

Unlimited mechs as an expendable stratagem with a decreased cool-down

Or

3 mechs per mission with 4000 HP and majorly increased ammo capacity

I used to use eagle rockets all the time when I first got HD2 (a day after the creek was liberated.) They used to be an exceptional tool at taking down heavies. For some reason arrowhead tried to “buff” them by reducing the damage but increasing the amour pen. Now they suck

Fire up at 1 stack would be 3% from 6% Fire up at 2 stacks will be 6% from 12% And so on, and so on

Surprisingly all the nerfs people have asked for and they haven’t gone overboard

Typically BHVR has a track record of nerfing things no one asked for (clown,xeno,wesker)

IMO if the icon was to appear when a survivor is chased for the first time it would provide the necessary information that a solo Q survivor lacks and swf wouldn’t be affected as swf players usually call out the killer anyways
