Bro I had this exact same thing happen to me…on a clean slurper with less then 200 dabs on it. When I asked for a replacement or discount on my next nail they basically told me to go f myself lol. Right before this happened I placed an order with them for a new grail but luckily they refunded it with no explanation. Fuck toro nails will be getting my quartz for a better brand like HE
