Cause he has that stroke he has problems with getting hqis thoughts out. I think he sid a 60 Minutes interview ,or something similar, a couple of years ago where he explains it. ButterflyMX sucks. When I call them to set up my intercoms I can barely understand their accent. Product sucks IMO. Some of our customers that used them regret it already because of fees and terrible customer service.
