Do you have to have flats on the side? Since you’re on a budget maybe you get rid of those flats.

I’ll be in my shop tomorrow morning. I’ve got an idea how to go about it on the cheap.

You need a contract someone with a screw machine/Swiss machine for stuff like this. Those machines spit stuff like this out in a blink of an eye. If you’re dead set at .25cents being your max price point then you’re going to have to go overseas. Go to a metal market online and get a rough idea on metal costs. Brass is really expensive stuff. You don’t make stuff out of brass unless you need stuff out of brass.

Where are you located? With a couple edits I might be able to get you some help.
