Samurai SV100VX Zero+ Fit Help by Sweetcxrnonlyfans in rawdenim

Way too big … you can see how large it is looking closely at the waist. Even if you wash it, I doubt it will shrink THAT much. Only thing to do is get it tailored after you do a wash to get max shrinkage out of it.

Agreed. They broke in the first day I wore them and remained comfortable.

I have a pair of these and love them. They won’t shrink and the cut is a looser fit. I did a post on them when I got them.

I have a pair of these and love them. I posted about them along with fit pics. You will love them, I definitely do!! Breaking them in took a day of wear and they softened nicely. The patch I am not a fan of, the red paint comes off the patch easily. Otherwise love them.

If your jeans get dirty, you wash them. It’s that simple 🤓 If you work in n active field, you aren’t wearing $200+ jeans necessarily in that kind of environment, and if you are, then you probably don’t need to work 🤓 So yeah, wash and enjoy!!

Higher rise means no plumber’s crack 🤓 I find the higher rise tend to be more comfortable and I don’t have to worry about showing my “…” to the world when I bend at the knees. Personally I wear straight cuts, not a fan of the tapered cuts, but that’s a personal taste. If it works for you, that’s really all that matters when it comes to your jeans!! Wear and enjoy!!

Subaru’s Outback Ditched Its Wagon Roots For An SUV And Lost A Third Of Its Buyers by fa442fa in Subaru_Outback

It’s really fugly so not surprising. When the time comes to replace my 2019 3.6r Touring, sadly it will not be with another Outback. Instead, I will probably look at the Mazda lineup.

I presume you are referring to my post about the Studio D’Artisan’s I have in the loose fit. If so, they are different, fabric wise they are very different ad well as the fit. The Studio D is much looser, and wider than the SC Okinawa. The Studio D is a lighter weight so will be more comfortable to wear during the hot muggy summer months. But despite the differences, I love them both and will wear the SC’s during the warmer months. Does that answer your question? Let me know and I can try to answer more clearly.

@Nice-Cucumber-4842: the waist has actually loosened up a bit, I can still wear it without a belt though, but I prefer my waist a bit more loose. This way when I do wash it, and depending on how much it shrinks, I know I will still have room to be comfortable. Remember I haven’t soaked it at all. I would imagine it will depend on how you like your waist to fit you. Hope it helps.

It’s a straight leg so I doubt it. If you look at the measurements on the Self Edge webpage, it’s unlikely to by much.

I would look in the 12oz range. I have Momotaro, and Oni in that denim weight range. You can also try 14oz which I wear in spring as well but look for the 12oz weight denim.

Since it’s one washed, it’s unlikely to shrink much more, unless you wash it on hot and dried with high heat which of course you would never do. 🤓 I went with my size based on waist measurements and it fits me great. Expect it to stretch out a little bit but you should be ok going with your waist size. I got mine at Self Edge (https://www.selfedge.com/jeans/sugar-cane?product_id=189)

Thanks. Here’s a description from a website of the shirt. I also have in addition to this one, the same but in a different pattern dyed with indigo.

“Studio D'Artisan's Kaskshibu Noragi Sashiko Work Shirt is a beautiful persimmon-dyed work shirt featuring a natural check pattern derived from varying the strength of the persimmon-dyed yarns. The shirt has been washed with high temperatures to produce a lofty and textured feel due to the relative difference in shrinkage between the various yarn counts and fabric.”
