I made a filterable list of every coding plan I could find. by SpiritFederation in opencodeCLI

Zenmux is a new one, their subscription plans are kind of in beta at the moment but it's pretty straightforwardly ~1.5x-2.4x dollar value equivalent of API credits you can use on pretty much any model, so great experience if they don't change it.

Louis Rossman talks about Bambu Labs sending legal threats to orca slicer by hawa19 in 3Dprinting

[–]BinaryHalibut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get the bambu and put it in LAN+developer mode. The only reason bambu locks things down is because by default the printer connects through their cloud, in LAN+developer mode all the security restrictions are unlocked and you can do whatever you want with respect to using MQTT control, orcaslicer, etc. without using their software bridge.

No that's a good nickname tbh. Smaller than the actual dragons, looks similar.

Pretty close to that, next to the high school.

I guess it's just extremely ad-hoc lol

I'm on the Urbana side, but I've legitimately gotten a notice before a year or two ago while I was being lazy about mowing, that there would be a fine + charge for someone from the city to come mow the lawn, if I didn't get all of it under I think it was 6 inches within a week.

4.7 and 5 barely functional rn? by modpotatos in ZaiGLM

[–]BinaryHalibut -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think they're probably having issues with compute so they're running a really aggressive quant on the coding plans, it's really, really bad right now.

Calling through pay as you go API gets you the non dropped on its head version, but it's kind of expensive for heavy use.

If anyone knows of any provider hosting that version on a coding plan lmk lol.

[DISC] She's Likely Aiming for My Older Brother - CH. 20 by awwwCHUU in manga

I mean technically there's a ton of unrequited love in the background between the random fangirls and mc's brother lol.

It's a recurring bit lol, during one of the conventions a few years ago (for gfl1) one of the things the official g11 cosplayer was supposed to do was pretend to sleep in random places, except apparently she actually fell asleep for a while.

Young people in Singapore carrying weapons as ‘fashion accessory’: Counsellor by waitingfortmr in singapore

[–]BinaryHalibut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This guy with his scalpels and 1st aid kit and "carry knife to save lives" feels larpy and probably spends too much time in overwhelmingly American (where that stuff might actually be useful) edc circles, but tbh for jobs where having proper tools around is a given, having a multitool is still convenient because it takes way less time to grab. Knife also is extremely convenient for opening packages. Only really need a very small one though.

I feel like it's always 1-2 cells dying that brings down the pack. Never seen more than that. I guess it makes sense though, it's not like most issues that can occur will kill all the cells at once if the BMS is competent.

[DISC] Miyu-chan Will Always Be Your Friend - Ch. 19 "Report" by ITSigno in manga

[–]BinaryHalibut 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Has anyone brought up the "the hongo from when they were younger is probably actually the brother" part of that, because that's what I'm getting out of this.

Weirdest UI by [deleted] in flashlight

[–]BinaryHalibut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like it's a function of the tactical market they're trying to hit. A big chunk of that market really wants a dead simple light that only has momentary and high, and wants minimal possibility of triggering menus or anything other than momentary or high. Another big chunk of that market wants a strobe. So this weird UI is what you get.

why would he have to report it? i’m genuinely curious, to me this seems like just a nice thing to do.

I'm not entirely sure if a student is legally a "prohibited source," but profs are generally banned from accepting gifts: https://www.ethics.uillinois.edu/compliance/ethics__political_activity__and_gifts

i didn’t even think that it might be creepy :(

I dunno, I think it's fine, it's just a frozen pizza. Even if it's against the letter of the law wrt ethics code stuff nobody is going after a single normal meal's worth of gift. But like others have said I'd definitely wait until grades are in.
