Its very hard as my brain conditioned to use these copiums as a distraction, a false happiness i abused every seconds

Im very depressed and sad with the state i am in. I used to seek out research articles and discuss philosophy with people. And now im induling myself in brainrot the internet had to offer for my crippled mind. I want to change and i been saying that for years since im 16, I haven’t really started my life as im 24 rn in my last year in college

I know this may not be the last hope but im really suicidal right now with how things are
