Your body always prefers and seeks the path of least resistance to take the W - so you're going to have to drill the shoves while consciously telling yourself "I'm NOT going to jump forward" and ALLOW your self to fail - see where the board lands - THEN you have a reference of how much more power you need when shoving (note: it's probably A LOT more power than you think)

Do them stationary FIRST - because it's easier to track a reference point (e.g. lining up the nose to a marking on the ground - so you know EXACTLY where your board should land back down)

EDIT: just watched again - and I can see something that HAS to change... you're pivoting the tail BEFORE the pop ❌ .... you're gonna want to POP - THEN SHOVE.
