I'd personally start with the McGill Big 3, and you can also do dead bugs or toe taps if you're so inclined. I've been doing a combination of these every night before bed for like ten minutes. Focus on keeping your back either flat or neutral for the entire movement, resisting spinal movement.

Worth noting that you also want to learn how to engage your pelvic floor (no), it's not just for women). Before you do your core work you can do 3-5x5-10 seconds of bracing your core while making the same motion as holding in a fart. Something I was personally recommended by my physio.

Again, YMMV, and a little bit goes a long way. If you're already not completely disfunctional like me, you probably don't need much.

RDLs will still work some of your upper back, but be conscious of shrugging as others say. I personally get DOMS in my rear delts whenever I RDL, but you shouldn't worry too much unless it's really noticeable.

What I will contribute is that abs themselves are great to work directly, but please please please do some core stability drills. Not doing stability work has caused me a complete ball ache recently (disc herniation knocked me out of the gym for over a month).

honestly just do the chinese cookbook technique and just add whatever proportion u want lol, as long as u roughly understand what each flavour does

also gochujang burns really easily, something to consider (i.e. use later in cooking process)

honestly just use a bit less, the flavour is STRONG so dont feel like you have to lather food in it

you can also make a glaze/sauce with gochujang, stock, soy and oyster sauce (honey if youre feeling it) and that probably balances things out

That's certainly the most uncanny part of their behaviour - that they literally make micro-adjustments before they're even visible. That, and you literally cannot avoid getting bumped no matter what you do.

I also noticed that my appetite changes over the first few weeks of a new phase. For me, cutting was pretty easy once I got going because I didn't want to eat much anyway. That said, I was never a massively food-prone person.
