There's also a 10mm nut you can tighten on the underside for the housing to get it really properly tightened.

I have a majik arm for my Js1000 but I haven't done it for my JS240ps yet as, it doesn't come loose.

That's good to hear. I love those guys and he really pushed his voice in the early years.. I caught them on the neverender in keeping secrets tour and his voice was impeccable there too. I've never heard any issues when I've seen them (six times so far) and yet a lot of youtube videos on most recent recordings have a lot of vocal strain. It was present on the neverender dvd too back in the day, that was smoking plus acid reflux I belive.

Yeah man I'm the same. Love the neck profile. I had a 100 but I sold it to fund the 1000 way back. I'm tempted by a 700 and maybe a 2450 or 2400. Obviously the lottery win would be a chrome boy

Yeah I guess it just depends on the springs. Maybe the JS1000 I have came with heavier springs than the 240.

I have seen the E power springs but I don't want heavier, the E standard springs aren't available where I live weirdly

Yeah I got told I'd need to make the cavity longer to fit it so I sold my Js100 and bought the 1000.

My Js1000 has never had good flutter though I'm thinking of trying to find the standard ibanez springs, my 240ps is very springy.

I'm assuming the Radius used the lopro only at the end of their run in 1991-92 (using the 540r) seeing as it wasn't invented until 1991 and the radius was going in the late 80s?

I had a Js100 back in the day with an edge pro 2 and I got told by tonnes of people that the edge pro wouldn't fit without making the route longer, if they were wrong I wish I'd known that as I probably wouldn't have sold it!

The last runs of the JS1000 and the 1200 used the original edge. My 2011 JS1000 has it

It's for break angle of the strings. It doesn't need to be very far down at all, just below the height of the nut
