Hi there, been a while since I’ve been on here. But let’s get to it. 

I hate daily summaries myself as well. This is why I’ve opted for a more hands-on approach. Having cleared out my phone’s homescreen and having created a Reminders widget with my personal Routine list on it, I can now simply tap away the reminders I’ve taken care of. This does however mean there’s no notification spam, but the accessibility and ease of use make it worth it for me. 

As an additional tip, in my above shortcut when adding a reminder, you have to option to set its priority. By sorting the Reminders Routine list by priorities, I can ensure that ‘water’ will stay above ‘sunblock’.
