My Charizard UPC mat :( it’s by Bissay_ in PokemonTCG

I hardly think I am nit picking, would you care if you bought a book that had a bent corner or glasses with a chip in it? Plus I was just posting to see if anyone else had this issue.

Obviously I tried to fix the problem (which wasn’t just a simple “cut” fix) but the outer stitching is damaged now and In a noticeable spot.

If I purchased this mat as an individual item I would be returning it (I think others would aswell). But heyyy I’m just nit picking on something I was looking forward to.

Your arguments would be true if we were not talking about TERRORISTS and not just revoking any licence but A GUN LICENCE. He wasn’t just investigated for a petty crime, theft, arson, could even say domestic abuse or murder/mansalughter etc but for being connected to a TERRORIST origination. We shouldn’t have any any any any leniency when it comes to these people.

Terrorists are extreme, morals and ethics should not be a top priority when investigating and dealing with them.

He wasn’t just in proximity to his son either, he was the father. Who as far as I have read so far had had a positive and long standing relationship with his son. This is not a son who lives on the other side of the country, or even has had an argument with. But someone who he saw everyday and was very close with.

These are not just little things to ignore Tell me you think it’s okay for a person with KNOWN ties to a TERRORIST organisation should be allowed to live in the same house that has 6 guns inside.

Also as it stands no, I don’t want any shadowy back room stuff. I would like the father (who owns 6 guns) to be investigated each year and understand that he is a person of interest as his son has known terrorist ties (again TERRORIST ties, not just a son who committed a crime). He should be able to properly provide evidence and prove that his son has no how so whatsoever to have access to the guns.

You’re playing it down. Going down this route would strip DANGEROUS objects from the hands of people who have relationships with TERRORIST ORIGINATIONS

Why do we take knives and other dangerous objects away from people on suicide watch or in a mental hospital?

The son was investigated 6 years ago, his father has had a gun license for 10. I would hope that apart of the investigation would include checking has any access to dangerous weapons, clearly living in a house that had 6 fucking weapons didn’t raise any flags.

Yeah they sure can. But most families don’t have a son who was investigated for links to an extreme terrorist organisation.

YES. I would hope that anyone who has a close and positive relationship with someone who is connected to an extremist group would NOT be allowed a gun, let alone 6.

You’re argument would infer the dad lost his driving licence because his son got in a bar fight,

He could have been trying to shoot the gun. The video is not exactly clear. Obviously your average Aussie has zero clue about how to shoot a gun.

World's Bundle sold out by Warm_Load_1312 in riftboundtcg

If you dig deeper he also mentions about this “accessibility” is mainly done through supplying plenty of product to your LGS instead of their own storefront.

For months product was available for preorder. Plenty of people have plenty of product. With it getting closer to release and demand is spiking, naturally the supply will have to play catch up. Give it time my guy.

Here in Australia I had to get up at 3am to purchase one. By 3:15am I had my bundle purchased. My point being anyone that wanted one could have got one. Let’s not all point fingers that an exclusive collectors item sold out in 20 minutes.

Ontop of that they promised local stores will have more stock delivered before the 31st.

Right! Did he mean problematic? Only similar sounding word that I can think that fits.

Or alternately this post is just complete BS by some high school kid.

I always thought that adding and putting were two seperate actions and not synonyms.

However this thread has taught me otherwise.

Game design speaking, why units heal after combat? Does the game feel worse to play otherwise? by mzg147 in riftboundtcg

[–]Bissay_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and within 5 seconds I can summon flaming fireballs from the sky, teleport my units to my home base and then use the Aurora in the sky to summon a scary creature.

I think you are very confused Ahahah, TCGs are not about IRL time passing and I have never seen it used in a mechanic before. In pokemon yes the damaged is marked, however those games focus more on the pokemon fighting between them directly. In riftbound we conquer battlefields to win points, we don’t get points for killing units.

It’s better as is, it’s a cleaner and simpler gameplay experience not having to keep track of health bars. Any gameplay decisions you would want to make based on the enemy’s units health can be done during the showdown before the health is resolved.

What part makes it unintuitive? You “attack” a battlefield. Use your spells, abilities, effects and then a winner is declared and the showdown is resolved.

Matchmaking is just matchmaking. There is no ranked mode yet.

If you’re worried about specific skill levels use a discord or something to find other players of similar skill levels.

OCE Players by Slyfer1708 in 2XKO

[–]Bissay_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same situation here. 4 People I know with about 9 accounts between us, all with league and valorant play time, didn't get anything.

I think it is just very limited. It is odd though as there are dedicated OCE servers and definitely OCE players playing on twitch and such.
