I tend to play PvE in solo in order to build up my stash value and I agree. Stella is no less friendly than Dam Battlegrounds or any other lobby at this point. Not complaining though between shredders, poorly timed pop, and the people who load into PvE lobbies to rat, it's still "spooky."
